Health & Safety at work is a critical part of any company’s day-to-day operation since human life value and the integrity of the human body are priceless and should be safeguarded as such. As a consultancy and management firm with a presence at construction sites, Metrax, our partners and our clients are frequently exposed to injury or more severe risks that need to be assessed and accounted for proactively. In this light, we continuously seek to suggest and implement rules and practices that eliminate or minimize them to the highest possible degree. Additionally, we are dedicated in examining and analyzing material or process related health risks systematically avoiding their use in our projects while suggesting appropriate and safer alternatives that are also friendly to the environment.

In extension to our internal approach, we act two-fold considering both our supply chain (vendors & contractors) as well as our clients’ in order to ensure risk is minimized at all ends. Suppliers, equipment vendors, contractors and partners are constantly evaluated against our assessment framework in order to ensure that strict adherence to health & safety rules and relative legislation are both met before chosen to work with us. Yet, we actively evangelize our clients regarding their own work environments’ H&S risks while advocating design solutions that lead to safer, healthier and sustainable environments for all.
