Sinouri Psychiatric Clinic

Sinouri Mental clinic is located at Kifissia and is a historic establishment in the mental care sector in Greece. For a short period before 2009 the clinic attracted the interest of an investment fund that was planning to demolish the existing facility and develop a luxury housing complex on the site. In light of the economic crisis that was starting in Greece during the same period, the deal was canceled and the clinic was sold to its current owners who renovated the facility and reinstated its leading position in the sector. Our team, under the guidance of our lead architect Andrew Mitilinaios, was assigned the architectural redesign of the clinic, issued the building permit and provided construction consulting until the completion of the project. The client is a longstanding partner that has stakes in several other health facilities in Greece for which out team has handled building permit issuing and CDM.
