Project Description
A historic building standing at the port of Piraeus at a spot previously known as “lemonadika” (a place where lemon trading took place) and was deemed preservable by the city. It was renovated from ground up and reinforced structurally by intervening both at its frame and the foundations that were dug out. Today it houses the headquarters of Hellenic Seaways, one of the main sea carries operating at the Aegean Sea. Our lead Architect Mr. Andrew Mitilineos led the design team for yet another time and contributed in breathing fresh life to one of the most viewed buildings at the entrance of the largest port in Greece.
